Burx is such a nice and knowledgeable loan professional to work with. We feel very happy and satisfied to have him helping us for the loan. His styles include but not limited to easily reachable and promptly responding to any questions/concerns we ever have; always patiently explains anything I confused with in great details; has a sharp sense to lock at the lowest rate and moves all procedures in fast pace (this is extremely helpful if you'd like a early close).
